                               RESOLUTION NO. 18784
                  
                  
                   A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A GRANT OF EASEMENT
                   BY THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA TO THE CITY
                   OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE FOR PUBLIC
                   RECREATION PURPOSES RELATIVE TO THE
                   OPERATION OF THE NORTH CHICKAMAUGA CREEK
                   GREENWAY.
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby accepted a
       Grant of Easement by the United States of America to the City of
       Chattanooga, Tennessee, for public recreation purposes, subject 
to
       the terms and conditions therein, concerning the operation of the 

       North Chickamauga Creek Greenway;
       	    	 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Administrator for the
       Department of Parks and Recreation be and is hereby authorized to 

       acknowledge receipt of said Easement and sign any necessary
       documents relative thereto.
